You have the right to request deletion of your Nibi account and associated personal data at any time, in accordance with UK GDPR.

To request deletion, visit your Privacy Settings and submit an account deletion request.

Upon processing your request:

• Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out
• Your personal data (name, email, phone) will be removed from active systems
• Your favourite shops and saved preferences will be deleted
• Order history will be retained for up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes, in line with legal requirements

Some data may be retained where required by law, including records of transactions for tax and accounting purposes. This data is kept securely and only accessed when legally necessary.

If you would like a copy of your data before deletion, you can request a data export from your Privacy Settings.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when complete.
